Senior Infrastructure Engineer/NHS/Comptia A+ or Net Plus/CISCO/Microsoft MCP/£350pd
My client, a large NHS Trust are looking to recruit based on the onset of a significant project of work. On this occasion my client are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer on a 9-12 month contract based Bristol.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance and development of Telephone infrastructure system usage and development of a multi-site platform. This technology includes Mitel components and a contact centre solution.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will assist in the troubleshooting of network related enquiries within the network infrastructure with particular focus on the 111 telephony service.
The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be required to support the team's objective of standardising the Trust's many telephone systems where the aim is to implement a single countywide one, along with development of the 111 call centre system.
Essential skills the data architect will need are:
- Proven experience on installing and administering Mitel systems
- Contact center solution management
- Knowledge of other telecoms solutions
- Qualified to CCNA standards is a distinct advantage
- WAN, LAN and wireless technologies
- Windows Server 2016 and 2019
- Windows 10
- Ability to understand and explain requirements and incidents to different audiences
- Knowledge of the ICT infrastructure and critical application systems used within a complex organisation.
- A working knowledge of ITIL
- Awareness of air time supplier practices
