Application Support Engineer - Operations Systems - SAAS - Poland
Empiric has received exclusive instructions from one of Europe's biggest operating systems who will be managing applications administrative experience.
The Application Support Engineer will require experience of managing application issues and provide the configuration and/or coordination of the integration.
My client is looking for experience and knowledge of Active Directory & SAML areas. ITIL especially in the areas of Incident, Problem and Change Management
This exciting opportunity will both challenge and improve your application management skills to the max. and enhance your team lead competences.
Skills/experience required:
- Strong ITIL background
- Skilled in the Active Directory & SAML areas
- Knowledge of IT system integrations & Cloud technologies
- Understanding of supply chain process
- Maintain accurate records performed on Enterprise system
- Application support
- Preferably experience with Java and similar technologies
- Fluent in English
Term: 12 to 18 months plus possible extensions
