Senior Java Developer - Remote/Antwerp region (Belgium) - Freelance 12 months +
For a client in the Antwerp region, I am looking for a Senior Java Developer with expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot to join an exciting greenfield medical project ASAP.
This is fully remote for the time-being. After restrictions are lifted, you will be required on-site 2 days per week in Antwerp.
Role:
- Delivering high tech software and features for medical applications.
- You will collaborate with architecture, product management, and DevOps teams to design and deliver the best solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies.
- Create business-facing demonstrations of your development activities and participate in functional and technical reviews.
Required:
- 6+ years of professional experience as an experienced Senior Java Developer.
- You are experienced with Java11, Spring Boot, Microservices, Event Driven Design.
- You have solid experience working with Kubernetes, Kafka.
- Fluent in English. Dutch is preferred but not essential.
