What is the client doing ? What is the mission about ?:
The CLIENT Global Cyber Defense team is about to launch the execution of a global Cyber Defense Program – the “Security Operations Center (SOC) Next Generation” - that aims at improving the way CLIENT anticipates, detects and reacts to Cyber Attacks . This program is folllowed directly by CLIENT Global Top Management and cover all of the CLIENT entities globally (50+ countries)
In this context, the Security Operations Center (SOC) Next Generation Program is looking for a Senior Project Manager, reporting to the SOC Next Gen Program Manager, to drive successfully the cloud monitoring extension and related entities subscriptions onboarding.
What are the core responsibilities of the role ?:
? In close collaboration with the SOC Next Gen Program Manager and Program Director, manage the delivery of the Cloud project in alignment with the Program guidelines.
Key ones are:
- Coordinate the end of the MVP implementation
- Drive the design, build and deployment of the foundations for the cloud services monitoring in scope of the
- Project (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CLIENT OpenPaas).
- For each cloud services, lead the definition, enablement, test and deployment of a specific set of Use Case
- kits (detection rule and playbook).
- Coordinate the cloud related subscriptions for a priority scope of CLIENT entities
- Manage the resources, activities, prioritization, planning, deliverables and risks to enable successful delivery of the project
- Set up and drive the specific relevant project governance and reporting across main project stakeholders and contribute to existing wider Program governance / reporting
- Coordinate the project team composed of internal resources from various CLIENT departments, contractors and ensure good collaboration with the partner’s resources
- Apply the Information Security Practice project management framework and assure project management quality
- Ensure all deliverables have been approved and the documentation (project & deliverables) is safely stored for
- knowledge management, tracking and audit purpose; especially:
- Review technical documentation produced as part of the project (e.g. Azure technical onboarding
- guidelines)
- Formalise and continuously improve required project documentation (project plan, procedure, onboarding
- kit, etc.)
- Maintain the entity onboarding kit including the extended scope of each cloud service
- Ensure proper hand-over of activities between project and run activities in relationship with the partner

Mandatory Skills:
- Project Management in Cybersecurity and Cloud
Required Skills:
- Good level in English
- Advanced Project management
- Cyber Security background and significant experiences
- Experiences within Cloud services context is a plus
- Knowledge and experience about Microsoft Sentinel environment is a plus ? Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure
