ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated HR MI Analyst to join our team within the Human Resources function. The position will preferably be based near Telford or Hitchin on a 6 month temporary basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role as HR MI Analyst, you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of high quality management information, ensuring data integrity is maintained within and between HR systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continual development of reporting solutions to provide insightful meaningful MI through analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Act as subject matter expert on applicable HR systems, auditing data and working closely with HR Service Delivery to ensure controls within systems processes produce the desired quality of data.

Key skills/experience required:

  • Advanced Excel, preferably VBA experience
  • Business Objects report writing skills
  • Proven experience of being able to model large sets of data
  • Effective communicator & customer oriented
  • Self Starter with keen attention to detail
