Description
Urgent role for a remote based Learning Co-ordinator to start ASAP for the next 6 months for a company undergoing large digital transformation. This role will be 100% remote based.
Validate Role Mapping/User lists
- Work with BR Lead to validate user role mapping
- Validate user lists for accuracy
Training Schedule
- Create schedule template
- Plan number of workshops for each training course
- Work with Training Lead to produce a schedule of instructor-led activities
eLearning materials
- Work with My Learning team to:
- Develop learning pathways
- Upload materials to My Learning
- Test courses on My Learning are visible/allocated to relevant users
- Troubleshoot any issues
- Daily/weekly report on eLearning completion - track non-conformance
Training Delivery (Remote)
- Work with comms team to communicate training approach to the business
- Develop joining instructions form/invitation text
- Send invitations
- Track responses and manage queries
