ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated HR Risk and Governance Manager to join our team within the Human Resources function. The position will preferably be based near Telford or Hitchin on a 6 month temporary basis but remote delivery will be considered. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role as HR Risk and Governance Manager, you will be responsible for the being the subject matter expert on all first line risk issues within the HR space. You will also be responsible for the delivery of ReAssure's people governance strategy and hold ownership of ensuring compliance to the SMCR requirements of employees.

Key skills/experience required:

  • Experience of 1st line risk management within HR
  • Proven experience of understanding and managing regulatory frameworks
  • Awareness of operational risks within HR
  • Effective communicator & customer oriented
  • Self Starter with keen attention to detail
