Role: Atlassian Jira/Confluence Expert

- Prepare strategy and roadmap to implement Atlassian Products and platforms
- Design the Atlassian tools Architecture and implementation strategy
- Good at planning for migrations and upgrades in multi data center and multi cloud environment
- Well experienced in handling Data center migrations for Jira & Confluence
- Design integrated DevOps strategy by using Jira & DevOps tools
- As develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products including tool administration and customization.
- Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports.
- Good hands-on experience on JQuery, JIRA triggers and post-functions.
- Well understanding on JIRA Webhooks and CI Integration and tools plugins.
- Develop plugins and deploy to extend JIRA capabilities, make dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons, configure custom fields, support JIRA configurations.
- Design custom JIRA workflow for different issues types to assist in Automation of provisioning, build & deploy Servers and applications as well as other continuous integration workflows
- Experience creating JIRA templates, custom issues and custom forms and attributes.
- Responsible for developing plugins and gadgets that extend the JIRA capabilities using Atlassian Plugin SDK 6.x
- Develop creating JIRA templates, complex JIRA workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme and notification schemes in JIRA
- Experience in using/extending REST Services provided by Atlassian.
- Perform the duties of a JIRA engineer and responsible for maintenance, administration, upgrade, and enhancements to JIRA, Confluence and integrations with other tools or plugins.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle; preferably with Agile Kanban/Scrum
- Work experience in Groovy, JavaScript, XML and should have utilized this skill set in multiple projects
