Front End Developer - Contract - £35-£40 p/h.

A Global Social Media Company based in London is seeking a Front End Developer to join their team on a 6 month contract.

The successful Front End Developer will be building internal tool UIs that manages internal infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Implement the features and user interfaces of internal tools

Architect efficient and reusable Front End systems that drive complex web applications

Collaborate with Product Designers and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products

Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues

Skills and experience:

JavaScript experience, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types and ES6

Experience with React and GraphQL

HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility and accessibility

Experience with browser APIs and optimising Front End performance

BS/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
