Digital Solutions Strategy Lead (Remote, ITIL, Prince2)
International client. Outside IR35.
We are looking for a contractor to provide Senior leadership on a digital transformation programme, able to bring a wealth of experience from global enterprises and successful start-ups with exposure to the latest technologies. With deep technology expertise and a market view, this client works in turn with their clients to understand business vision and pain points. Part of the United Nations they partner to lead digital assessments, digital strategy definitions, and user-focused design resulting in pragmatic recommendations and/or solution implementations that are both actionable and measurable.
The chosen candidate will:
- Lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams in programme/project development, implementation, monitoring and assessment
- Review relevant documents and reports, identifies priorities, problems and issues to be addressed and proposes corrective actions
- Liaises with relevant parties Manage both internal and vendor resources for successful Solutions delivery
- Develop service capabilities with Embedded frameworks, patterns, and models into sustainable, repeatable processes
- Support effective Change Management for successful adoption including training, communications, KPIs, etc
- Manages outreach activities; designs and conducts training workshops, seminars, etc., makes presentations on assigned topics/activities
