Business Process Consultant - Amsterdam, Netherlands - 12+ months contract

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Language: English

A well experienced Business Process Consultant is required to join our globally known client at their office in Amsterdam.

Experience Level:


  • 15+ years of experience in Customer Service Management and ITSM Solution Consulting and Strategy Services
  • Tool Agnostic Process Consulting and ability to map business requirements to IT requirements for ITSM tools in the market
  • Knowledge of Enterprise IT operations processes and procedures
  • Experience with enterprise ITSM tools, preferably ITSM cloud platforms
  • Experience with Service Now, Ivanti Implementations is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to explain and present at Director and CX level
  • Experience with IT problem solving and process management
  • Experience with leading, facilitating and documenting design workshops
  • Experience in developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision and with deliverable based model, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
