Senior AWS Data Engineer required to join a global end user migrating to AWS. 18-24 month contract engagement - US Based - 100% remote and excellent rates offered
Key criteria required of the Senior Data Engineer:
- Mature experience in the delivery of AWS Solutions with proven experience delivering leadership and architecture roles
- Excellent client stakeholder management experience is essential
- Strong data engineering skills - build, configure & optimize data pipelines & sets
- Experience with AWS cloud - Lambda, S3, EMR, Redshift, Glue
- Python development, Lambda development, Python, Node
- Big Data design patterns & cloud operations
- Amazon CloudWatch & CloudTrail
- SQS/SNS
- Data Lake, ETL, EMR, Glue, Hadoop, Spark, YARN, HUE, REST APIs, HIVE
- RDBMS, MySQL, Oracle, DB2, SQL, DDL, NoSQL Mongo, DynamoDB
- Clear concise communication in English
