Description

I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst (German-speaking) to work in Budapest, Hungary, for 3 months + likely extension, up to 4 years.

Please note, the German Swedish language is a mandatory requirement.

Here is the day to day tasks of the Service Desk Analyst (German-speaking):

  • Sound knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office, standard browsers
  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
  • Good knowledge and support experience about networks, TCP/IP, PC Configuration, Email systems
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent learning skills and a high level of flexibility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibility and customer-focused thinking
  • Ability to relate well with people at all levels both internal and external to the organization.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proactivity and solution focus
