I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst (German-speaking) to work in Budapest, Hungary, for 3 months + likely extension, up to 4 years.
Please note, the German Swedish language is a mandatory requirement.
Here is the day to day tasks of the Service Desk Analyst (German-speaking):
- Sound knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office, standard browsers
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
- Good knowledge and support experience about networks, TCP/IP, PC Configuration, Email systems
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent learning skills and a high level of flexibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibility and customer-focused thinking
- Ability to relate well with people at all levels both internal and external to the organization.
- Strong work ethic.
- Proactivity and solution focus
Starting ASAP, interviews this week.
