Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager who can take ownership of the transitioning of services to the IT BAU team, covering a broad variety of technology and new services focused on the M365 stack, predominately Windows 10 and Cloud Identity.
Experience:
- Lead and designed the transition into a Service delivery and technical BAU team
- Transitioned a global M365/Windows 10 programme into service
- Create new standards and documents from scratch, defining the new approach for project transitions into BAU moving forward
- An agile approach to handover into BAU
- Ability to assess current skills, define the requirements
Previous required experience:
- Previously been technical lead on a 5k+ seat global deployment of W10 or O365
