SAP Trainer/Manager (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) - Remote - 9 months
This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP Trainer with some Project Management skills too, to help oversee the smooth transition of the integration of a new business units into the folds of a wider global enterprise where SAP has to be adopted and where processes and culture has altered significantly.
Having never used SAP before, these newly integrated subsidiaries will need to be aligned in terms of a new way of working and in regards to the differences in the work place due to moving from a small privately owned business to now being part of a huge organisation. The "Change Component" is substantial across the areas of manufacturing and supply chain (SAP PP, QM, MM, PM, etc).
For the right SAP Trainer this will be a very challenging and equally rewarding role.
You can be based remotely for the entirety of the project, however from time to time you may need to ensure you can work to overseas time zones.
You should have specific experience in a similar role, ideally with expertise in creation and delivery of training materials, working with the business to create content, managing project requirements, engaging with the business and working with existing training teams.
Core Requirements:
- SAP Trainer experience
- EnableNow
- Strong change expertise in regards to project management for managing requirements
- Experience across areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing modules specifically
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory
