Description
From Senovo IT, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support a project for 6 months, as a freelance/contractor/P.IVA. It's desirable to own a VAT number or own company and being able to start as soon as possible.
We are working with an Italian client, who is providing all the service in remote. Italian and English are compulsory.
The profile will be involved in a roll out plan by department of the WFM/Scheduler platform, integrated within the ICT team that now follows the activity.
The profile will have to collect the configuration parameters from business users, check them against the validation rules and share them with the system integrators who deal with the management of the system and the application of the configurations.
The ability to query the system is a plus because it increases the autonomy in verifying the mentioned configurations in the testing/operation phase of the tools being rolled out.
Skillset:
Familiarity with SQL
Familiarity with SOA structures
Ability to analyse and investigate problems
Nice to have - Knowledge of:
Work management processes
Personnel scheduling management process
Workforce management
Ability to manage the BSN (especially knowing how to address problems).
