Java Developer - eTrading - £800 p/d - Inside IR35.
I am looking for a Senior Developer to join a leading investment bank in the heart of the city. The developer is responsible for all technical aspects of the applications including Market Data consumption, Algorithmic Price creation, and Global Price Distribution by closely working along with the Quant team. They will also be required to have a strong understanding of eTrading as well as experience working alongside traders day to day. The role will be Inside IR35 so please think about this when applying for the role. This will mean you will be working via and umbrella company.
Key Skills:
- Take ownership, help specify and deliver large scale projects and work under own initiative.
- Detailed knowledge of Core Java and implementations using low latency related design approaches (does not need to be banking)
- Minimum 5/8 years of experience developing multi-threaded/concurrency applications, including code analysis and performance tuning/profiling of Real Time, high-volume, low-latency systems
- Understanding of eTrading generically
- 5 years minimum experience working with trading systems.
