Languages: ENGLISH only.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in managing the technical aspects of Microsoft Navision/Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Experience with software development with external software vendors.
- Experience working in an Agile development and environment.
- Experience in software testing and test management.
Description of Work:
- Responsibility for the Business Central/Dynamics 365 CRM (possibly also other package components) test environment from a configuration and set-up perspective including configure overall settings, integrations, jobs, users, licenses etc.
- Support Solution Owners to follow up on agreed SLAs towards software vendors.
- Manage Business Central/Dynamics 365 CRM technical administration tasks such as managing database synchronization jobs, job queue administrations, user role administration, error handling etc.
- Managing default setup values/configuration in Business Central/Dynamics 365 CRM as well as maintaining it to support new development which is crucial to the success of any business software.
- Secure that Business Central/Dynamics 365 CRM set-up and configuration guides are continuously up-to-date with support from SARs for all specific configurations.
- Govern Business Central/Dynamics 365 CRM default configuration for the test environment. This configuration needs to be governed and maintained as it directly impacts how the Business Central/Dynamics 365 CRM logic works.
- Assist in Business Acceptance tests and deployment preparation activities.
