Working experience of:
- User focus. You can identify and engage with users or stakeholders to collate user needs evidence. You can identify and define research that fits user needs. You know how to use quantitative and qualitative data about users to turn user focus into outcomes.
- Problem solving. You can identify and understand problems, analysing and helping to identify appropriate solutions. You can classify and prioritise problems, document their causes and implement remedies.
- Leadership. Highly effective leadership, organisational, delegation and team building skills for the effective delivery of cloud across interrelated business change projects/programmes
- System design and integration understanding. You understand logical technical designs, how services will integrate and are comfortable engaging in technical conversations with architects and technical leads to validate how designs will become concrete implementations at a cloud service level.
- Cloud Concepts. You understand the difference between IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, as well as being familiar with marketplace offerings in the cloud. You understand specific cloud services with one or more public cloud providers that make available computing, storage, networking, databases and security.
Experienced practitioner of:
- Cloud Migrations. You have proven experience of one or more successful cloud migration projects, and have proven experience of overcoming obstacles with cloud adoption in the financial services industry.
- Delivery Experience. You have previously led a wide range of major and customer centric transformations, including complex IT projects in terms of value, culture change, number of people involved, and organisations or functions involved with business and technical challenges.
- Regulatory Knowledge. Having worked in financial services environments for multiple years, you understand and have a track record of implementing strong controls that satisfy regulators around security, auditability, hosting, data governance and more.
- Prototyping & Innovation. You can explain what prototyping is and why and when to use it. You have experience of delivering MVPs and measuring the success or failure of an MVP, and understand how to work in an open and collaborative environment.
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution. You can troubleshoot and identify problems across different technology capabilities, investigating and resolving issues by working with other experts in specific infrastructure and software areas.
