SQL Server Database Developer
Location: Lancashire (Locally based Candidates required as this role requires onsite working 1-2 days per week)
Rate: Circa £ p/d
Duration: 3 months +
Video Interviews: This week for a Monday 25th Jan start.
SQL Server Database Developer Key Skills required:
This role is aimed at a mid-level SQL Server Database Developer with a focus on business reporting and will see the successful candidate working in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the information team, responsible for the day to day operation, integrity and performance of the SQL Database estate and reporting.
This role offers a good opportunity to join at a time when the databases and reporting need someone who can focus all their time on them and get them to a level of efficiency that is much needed by the business.
From a technical perspective you shall be working with the following tech stack:
- SQL Server /MySQL
- SQL Server administration and support
- Stored procedures, functions, views
- Installation, admin and SQL Server maintenance
- Testing database backups
- Disaster recovery
- Agile
