Description
I am currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join a Financial Services comany based in Bracknell on a 6 month contract. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Compliance in the delivery of Compliance advisory service to the business.
The role will support the company's obhective to provide fair customer outcomes, ensuring the company and its employers operate within regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Review and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide techincal compliance advistory service to the business.
- Monitor and evaluate regulatory, legislative and industry-wide developments and the impact these have on the business.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks

Essential skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in a compliance role within an FCA regulated mortgage business
- Project management experience desirable
- Good commuicator who can understand and convey information clearly in verbal and written forms
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately
- Have a broad understanding of the key concepts of risk management
