Description
Badenoch + Clark's NHS client in the North of England requires a PowerBI Developer for an initial three-month contract, with likely chances of extensions. The role will be based on home working, rates are negotiable dependent on skills and experience (but likely to be in between £350 - £450 per day) and will be OUTSIDE of IR35.
The successful candidate will be working in a high profile programme of work focused on the centralisation and consolidation of information reporting and Business Intelligence report production for a wide range of NHS services.
The key role and remit will include:
- Leading on the development of PowerBI reports and dashboards
- MDX/DAX Scripting
- Scripting of required ETLs
- Merging of multiple data sets into a combined Data Warehouse.
- Creation of SSIS packages
- Documentation of processes and technical guides within DevOps
- Working in Azure DevOps (PBI's/sprints/testing/code management)
- Troubleshooting issues with SSRS reports
In order to be considered, candidates will ideally have as much of the following skills and experience as possible:
Skill sets
* PowerBI report and dashboard development
* Advanced SQL/ETL
* SSRS/SSAS
* Tabular
* MDX/DAX
Experience
* Design, development, planning and deployment of PowerBI reports and dashboards
* ETL within an enterprise data warehouse
* Working in Azure Devops (PBI's/sprints/testing/code management)
