A Programme Director (Microsoft 365/Office 365) is required to join my prestigious Health client on a remote work from home contract; you will play an integral part in shaping their strategy for a large-scale Programme migrating their on-premise Legacy Systems to Microsoft 365/Office365 and the Microsoft Azure Cloud.

The client is looking for somebody who has extensive experience within Microsoft Office365 migrations and has successfully led and delivered Enterprise Office365 migration projects.

As the Programme Director (Microsoft 365/Office 365), as well as strong experience with large-scale M365/O365 programme you will be experienced and comfortable working with CRO Level Stakeholders and have a proven track record in delivering similar scale programmes of work successfully to being able to come into an 'in-flight' Programme and hit the ground running.

Desired Skills & Experience required for the successful Programme Director (Microsoft 365/Office 365) include:

  • Significant experience as a Programme Director, Programme Manager, Head of Projects, etc.
  • Experience leading major IT Transformation programmes.
  • Experience with Supply Chain/. Logistics technology solutions.
  • Ability to build and manage large Project/Programme teams.
  • Experience working closely with key technology partners and consultancies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills including at CRO Level.
  • Previous experience working in large commercial organisations.
  • Proven track record in delivery multi-year and multi-million-pound programmes.
  • Experienced in delivering large-scale Microsoft 365/Office 365 Migration Programmes.
  • Expert understanding of the Adoption and Change processes required to support migrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter, capable of working independently at home and within also in a team environment to meet deliverables and deadlines.
  • Health care experience would be desirable.
