Business process consultant - 12 months - Amsterdam
We're currently hiring for a Business process consultant (BPC), who can implement best practices and industry standards. The BPC should be able to think along with the existing customer's BPC Teams and also challenge their thinking while understanding their business needs.
Requirements:
- Help Define ITSM Strategy for B2B and B2C Markets. Focus on Customer Service Management for Customers Software Products on field.
- Conduct full assessment of the current "as is" situation by working along with existing BPC team
- Guide the Customer BPC's on how to transform their existing complex processes and system to a strategic simplified ITSM cloud solution
- Conduct process design workshops and presentations along with customer's business team
- Develop process design and implementation plan along with business team
- Will be responsible for forecasting business benefits in terms of revenue for the new process and requirements put forth for implementation
- Provide a comprehensive finding and improvement recommendation report (covering the ITSM overall and individual process)
- Will have to drive project timelines to completion with a cross-functional team, build relationships, and influence all levels in an organization
- Support to plan and strategies, including assist with implementation of the IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices & industry standards
- Sometimes will be responsible for preparing User Manuals and learning materials on the delivered functionality to enable business adaptation.
