Description
Interquest have a need for an experienced HR systems lead that has a background in managing performance DATA from oracle R12. Ideally you would have worked as a Manager/Lead and have eexperience of pulling reports from Oracle R12; have the ability to interpret data from these reports, analyse it, and write reports. You ideally will have a HR (Human Resources) background and familiar with HR Legislation (gender pay gap etc) You will also have experience of managing HR staff members.
