Project Description:
The capability of automated price curves is a critical requirement to allow the Energy Europe department of the company to deliver online transactional capability via the Customer Portal, enable the scale-up of the power desk, deliver operational savings across all desks who price deals manually via spreadsheets and support the creation of a robust source of historic price information for fundamentals analysis and machine learning. The ability to automatically build price curves did not exist within this company, with multiple spreadsheets having been developed by the desks in its absence.
