Description
Another new Service Designer Contract has just arisen within our busy & active Life & Pensions Client. Joining their Service Management Team and reporting to Service Design & Transition Manager, initial Contracts will be for 6 months and paying £400 per day. Contracts are currently "Outside" IR35.
The roles will also be remotely based for the foreseeable (and Edinburgh based when safe to return to the office).
Taking a sensible and pragmatic approach to recruitment, our Client is seeking an experienced Service Management Contract with knowledge & experience in the following areas;
* Detailed knowledge & understanding of IT Service Design - designing new fit for purpose Services
* Demonstrable knowledge of Service Design methodologies & understanding service transition
* Proven knowledge on other large & complex Change initiatives within other established Financial Services organisations
* Deep knowledge across the wider Service Management landscape & full understanding of ITIL Best Practice
* Excellent people & communication skills with strong mentoring experience too
* Any previous experience of "Shift to the Left" activities would be highly advantageous but not essential.
