IAM Project Manager, IGA, Identity Access Management, Financial Services, Saviynt

This role is inside IR35.

My client is a leading Financial Services organisation and currently has a requirement for a Project Manager to work on a programme to implement an IGA/IAM platform. The organisations current platform is outdated and non-user friendly. Following a lengthy RFP process, they have selected Saviynt as the vendor to supply a cloud-based Identity Governance and Administration platform. They are now looking for a Project Manager to work with the vendor and manage the implementation. The successful candidate must have strong IAM and Project Management experience. Experience with the Saviynt platform is advantageous but not essential.

The successful candidate will report into Programme Manager and work closely with the Programme Lead with dotted line into Workstream Lead (subject to a re-shuffle). You will also work closely with the vendor (Saviynt) and internal tech teams (predominantly Cyber Security and Applications). The organisation is looking to implement the platform over the next 2-3 years, with multiple workstreams. This role is being hired to predominantly drive the migration of the platform and roll out to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Confirm scope and timelines, produce project plans, agree key milestones and dependencies.

- Secure resources from global technology and delivery teams, assigning roles and responsibilities.

- Facilitate solutions and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables/products.

- Prepared to get into the detail when necessary to understand complex scenarios

- Provide technical expertise and guidance based on knowledge from previous roles/projects.

- Manage the full internal technology team and build strong relationships through attending dedicated team ceremonies.

- Interface with other impacted parties, internal and external vendors or consultants as required.

- Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and escalate if required.

- Providing the programme with clear, detailed plans

- Produce progress reports and other management information as appropriate.
