SAP SuccessFactors Master Data Lead - Master Data Specialist
SAP SuccessFactors Master Data Manager - Lead with Environment Data Governance skills and experience required for large SuccessFactors IT Transformation.
This is a large global Data Transformation project with a particular focus on MDM and Data Quality.
MUST HAVE: Applicant MUST HAVE previous experience in the role for UK based clients on Global IT Transformation implementations.
12 month contract - Outside of IR35.
Role Description:
Experience:
- SAP/SuccessFactors HR data management (Oracle/WorkDay - also considered)
- SAP/SuccessFactors Data Conversion/Data Mapping, with ability to pull together both the strategy and approach to MDM.
- Experience working with data models, roadmaps and governance models and Best Practice' data principles.
- Ability to define client side Data Owners' to ensure excellent ongoing management of HR Data, both upstream and downstream of data.
- Identifying and documenting data requirements and business terms
- Extending out the source to target data analysis to create data mappings, definitions and traceability to source
- Building the data model for data domains within the MDM solution.
- Developing and implementing business rules and workflows
- Setting up the MDM to integrate with source systems via Middleware
- Responsible for delivering designs in-line with data architecture standards, patterns, principles and challenging where necessary
- Experience with EDB HUB (an Azure/SQl server solution), Qlick/Power BI/Tableau
- Knowledge and experience in how Data Hub/EDB Hub interacts with HR, Finance, Billing data up and downstreams.
- Planning of data activities reporting to project PM
- Creation of data strategy documents
Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrable background in defining an MDM strategy, process, policies and standards
- Knowledge of data management and database designs
- Previous roles in Master Data Manager - Lead - Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist
- Experience using Datamodelling tools and database management technologies
- Hands-on knowledge of Cloud environments (eg Azure/AWS)
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a Data-Driven environment, ideally with experience of implementing at least one large scale/global HR IT Transformation in SAP SuccessFactors OR Oracle/WorkDay.
- Must be able to interact with all levels within the client, through to Senior Management/Stakeholders and able to articulate detailed plans and solutions at a level appropriate to the audience (technical/non-technical).
- Environment management lead capabilities preferable.
