Description

Badenoch + Clark's NHS client in the North of England requires an Information Project Manager/Delivery Manager for an initial three month contract, with a strong chance to extend. The vast majority of the work will be based from home, rates are completely negotiable dependent on skills and experience and will fall OUTSIDE of IR35.

The successful candidate will be joining a project team focused on the centralisation and consolidation of NHS clinical and corporate reporting requirements across the NHS organisation during a period of organisational transformation. The core goal of this role is to assure that a high quality, effective and reliable standard of information and performance reporting is available during this period and to remove the risk of reporting and information provision failures due to change.

The key requirements for the role will include:

- Manage the planning and execution of the consolidation of performance returns, reports, and processes.
- Complete the gap analysis of reports and processes in between prior state and future state requirements.
- Planning and delivering the implementation of a number of clinical service reporting areas and data set requirements
- Deliver the consolidation of information reporting services (both technical and manual) and guarantee the continuity of reporting services.
- Leading a team of information analysis and Business Intelligence development staff.
- Lead on the delivery of returns and reports.
- Documentation of processes and standard operation procedures

In order to be considered, candidates will have the below skills and experience:

- Prior NHS Information Reporting experience, including the delivery against key statutory reporting requirements.
- The management and ownership of information analysis and Business Intelligence development services in order to provide accurate and meaningful NHS performance reports
- Project management and team management experience.
- A technical knowledge of Information and BI reporting technologies in a SQL BI environment.
