Project Manager - SC Clearance preferred. Home-working. Satellite/Broadband/CommsProject Manager to work on implementation of communications system (mobile/PTT)
Home-based with minimal travel to Customer offices
The role involves taking projects from award through design, installation, test and acceptance with the ultimate aim of handing over to in life service.
Min 5 years Project Management experience within systems or solutions delivery
Telco/Defence or MOD experience
MS Project/Prima Vera P6
Prince 2 or PMP
Responsible for:
1.Co-ordination of all phases
2.Control of resources
3.Matrix management
4.Strong stakeholder management/management of remote team/resources/subcontractor companies
5.Project planning/budget management/reporting/Governance
6.Commercial acumen
Ideal profile:
A pro-active, energetic PM who can hit the ground running. Good communication skills, confident, able to manage remote/diverse teams. Person who can engage the team, client and subcontractors. Someone who has had experience of implementing a communication solution (considering security overlay, testing and then transition to the managed service
