Junior IT Engineer - Northamptonshire - 6 Month Contract - NPPV 3 Clearance
Here at Lucid we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Engineer to work in Northamptonshire on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate must hold a valid NPPV 3 Clearance.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintain the desktop environment, including hardware provisioning, software installation, configuration and support
- Provide face-to-face, remote & ticket requests to in-house and remote staff.
- Provide support for meetings and events.
- Diagnose and perform routine maintenance for a range of company hardware, including asset management.
- Write and maintain support articles and internal documentation.
- Assist the IT Services team with security and compliance tasks.
- Assist the IT Services team with project work.
