- Strong Product Owner/Product Management background
- Essential to have Retail & eCommerce experience
- Agile
About the role:
- Specifically overseeing their website search with their existing provider.
- Tweaking Algorithm, Optimising sale of products.
- Working closely with the third parties and representing the business and their requirements
- Maintaining the product roadmap for the introduction of a new Content Management System (CMS)
- Experience of working with a 3rd party Search Integrator
Further information:
- Stakeholder management, gathering key business requirements for how search should work and updating the business on timelines
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Development team to plan sprints, estimate work and review previous sprints
- Monitoring search analytics to spot trends and potential customer-facing issues
