SAP P2P Finance Business Analyst/Project Manager - Dutch & French Speaking. Brussels, Belgium. Start 15th February Month Contract. END-CLIENT!
Our end-client based in Brussels requires an SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay)/Finance Business Analyst 50%/Project Manager 50% for a 10 month mission.
Mission description:
The client wishes to implement the SAP ARIBA network. You will act as an SAP Project Manager and as a P2P/Finance Business Analyst in the Accounts payables domain.
As a Project manager you will coordinate the Team and succeed the implementer.
As a Business Analyst you are the interface between the business and the IT project leader(s). You have knowledge of the financial processes (full P2P flow including VIM) and you can present experience in change management. You work together with the other business analysts within the management of Corporate and report to the manager of the Business Analysts (It is not an IT function, no programming, etc.).
You are someone who closely monitors digital trends and you can guide the client to put these into practice.
You are familiar with SAP (S/4HANA) and you can present experience or you wish to delve into Celonis Process mining to make improvements to the processes.
Your range of duties consists of:
- Leading the ARIBA network project for the Business side (project administration, planning, follow-up implementation, coordination...)
- Organizing steerco's and project meetings.
- Communication with the Finance Team.
- Analyzing the current processes in SAP VIM so that they are aligned with the SAP ARIBA network.
- Preparing and test, taking care of the user acceptance and validation tests (Finance).
- Coordinating the necessary initiatives with regard to change management, such as informing about the impact of processes on the business, drawing up the user guide(s) and the functional documentation and giving training and informative sessions.
Mandatory Skills Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Purchase-to-Pay environment
- Knowledge of Account Payables processes in SAP is a must (incl. OCR and VIM applications).
- Knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA)
- You have experience with business analysis/requirements determination, and in managing projects within Finance SAP (P2P)
- You have very good communication and coordination skills (oral and written).
- You are a team player and have strong logical and analytical thinking.
- You can work independently and also manage a project.
- You are willing to learn and to explore new functionalities.
Nice to have but not essential:
- ARIBA Network and Celonis process Mining are a plus
Languages:
- You are bilingual in both Dutch & French and have a thorough knowledge of English.
