DevOps Software Engineer- Contract- IRO £550- Remote based
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a highly driven and collaborative team with modern technologies
You will work in a fully Agile multidisciplinary team in a digital by default environment
You will be designing, creating, supporting, and improving new and existing digital products and platforms
You will also be a practitioner in GDS Digital service standards and Agile delivery principles
Key Responsibilities
- Designing software products to serve a variety of needs
- Supporting a continuous delivery environment
- Maintaining and supporting services identifying, locating, and fixing faults, and taking pro-active actions to avoid service disruption
Key Skills
- Microservices experience is essential
- Experience in Java and Python
- Experience in GCP
- Infrastructure as code
- DevOps experience
