A leading UK enterprise is looking to redesign their Data solution and require a Data Architect to help plan and design the structure of a new Microsoft Stack Data Warehouse.
They are currently redesigning their application architecture and integration environment and as part of the transformation are looking to build a Data Warehouse and reporting platform.
You will be joining right at the start of the design process, the technology has been chosen as they are predominantly a Microsoft environment and had recently migrated to Azure. There are currently c80 applications in the landscape all using their own databases, reports are currently being pulled from many sources. There is a significant Salesforce implementation and the plan is to start with Salesforce from a data perspective.
We are looking to hire someone who has
Led the architecture and design for a significant Datawarehouse in a Microsoft/Azure environment
Engaged senior business stakeholders to help understand business plans and strategy enabling future proof designs.
Any experience of building and designing Datalakes would be an advantage
Any Data Science experience would also be an advantage.
Any experience of integrating with Enterprise Integration technology (ideally Mulesoft) or Salesforce would eb an advantage
