Description
My client is a leading global consultancy who are looking to bring on a seasoned business analyst to support a commercial transformation programme for a global multinational.
Candidates must have:
- Extensive business analyst experience working on finance or commercial transformation programmes.
- Excellent consulting toolkit and ability to operate as a BA and a Consultant.
- Previous experience working in a management consultancy (deisrable)
- Hands on experience of working with and analysing pricing models.
- Strategic mindset and ability to understand commercial impacts.
- Defining processes, roles & responsibilities.
- Previous project experience working on operating model design
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence and work with Senior Executives.
- Experience working on a wide range of programs and projects (of varying sizes) covering business processes (TOM), technology (IT and Automation), Products and Proposition projects and change management activities.
- Lean, Six Sigma, Change, or BA qualification (desirable)
- Experience of delivering demonstrable continual improvement
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; articulate and persuasive
