Description
One on Badenoch + Clark's key clients is looking to bring on a number of 2nd Line Support/Desktop VDI Engineers for an initial 3 month contract with likely extensions.
Experience in the following:
* Supporting Windows 7/10
* Experience of documentation, writing help sheets and crib sheets.
* Build, installation and configuration experience.
* Supporting MS Outlook
* VDI experience (Desirable)
* Troubleshooting end-user hardware, operating system, basic network, and server access problems providing resolutions where possible.
* BAU support
This Public Sector role will fall in scope for IR35 so is suited to candidates who are happy to work through an Umbrella company or set up as PAYE.
