Description

Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret, DV or SC (Must be active)

Frontend Developer IOVV
Interoperability V&V is part of non-functional requirements validation and, like security V&V, has a significant importance in the NATO environment. Interoperability between NATO and/or national capabilities likely to operate in a NATO or coalition mission environment are verified and validated before deployment.

* Analyse user requirements and translate these into new or modified user facing functionality with the existing NCI Agency IO Toolset
* Implement client side functionality using a combination of Vue.js, ASP.NET, DevExtreme
* Improve the UI and UX of the NCI Agency's IO Toolset front-end
* Participate in validation and verification events by providing support for the use of the NCI Agency IO Toolset.

REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory:
5+ years of experience with HTML/CSS
5+ years of experience with JavaScript
2+ years of experience with Typescript
2+ years of experience with Vue.js, Vuex, Vue Router
2+ years of experience with ASP.NET and C#
Experience and affinity with UI and UX design
Experience with Bootstrap and Font Awesome
Experience with DevExpress and/or DevExtreme UI Controls
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
1+ years of Experience with Git
Experience with CI/CD and testing as part of the pipeline
Experience with JIRA
Strong English communication skills; verbal and written
Ability to think critically regarding systems and what and how to test

Desirable:
Experience with Cypress.io as an UI Testing Framework
Experience with Page Object Models
Knowledge of and experience with NCI Agency IO Toolset
Experience with using and/or testing of NATO Functional Services
Experience in NATO Exercises as a test or support engineer
