We are looking for a recruitment specialist who can source, screen and assist us in recruiting Level 1 & Level 2 Desktop Engineers as well as Network Engineers to provide IT support services to our clients in Sweden. The requirement is for local citizens or natives with relevant experience and bilingual language proficiency i.e. English and Swedish.The Requirements are on-going and we are keen for the recruitment specialist to help us build a strong database of such candidates and work closely with our teams through the interview and selection process as and when necessary.
It would be great if the recruitment specialist has knowledge (or can refer someone who has experience) of local employment laws, payroll taxes and compliances so that we can ensure candidates are adequately taken care off and we are in compliance with local regulations.
