Notes : Candidates need to be able to work onsite . Ideally someone Sweden based
LPM for HCM +10 years
- Expert in SAP HCM processes.
Main tasks, but not limited to:
- Support HCM Payroll updates; support EC localization update;
- legal requirements information gathering and clarification;
- contact with authorities and SAP customers when necessary;
- review of current SAP solution and gap analysis;
- provide proposals and customer practices; preparation of MRD documents (Market Requirement Document) and Test Cases for big legal changes, constant contact with development teams; knowledge about local business and legal requirements,support on incident handling
