Role: Site Construction Manager Duration: 3 to 4 months, possibly extendable to six months When: Immediately Place: Cologne Area Industry: Chemicals Work Experience: Min 5 years
• Day to day co-ordination with Client & Engineering Company / Local Engg. Partner Const. Mgmt. team • Liaison with other parties like venders /construction, contractors as EPCM representative • Attending Interface / weekly construction meeting @ site with CM team / construction contractors • Day to day management of Interface log / site RFIs • Ensure sufficient fronts are available for all contractors for next 2 weeks basis agreed schedule. • Support PMs (Client / Engineering company) in daily site progress monitoring • German and English speaking is mandatory
