This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Global Technology Services Company who are looking for a freelance Technical Consultant on Microsoft 365 to join them on a long term mission.This opportunity is to be completed on a remote basis while COVID restrictions are in place, and this company is looking to on-board ASAP! There is a language requirement; this position is for those who can speak English and French or Dutch.
The Microsoft Consultant will be part of the team responsible to deliver Microsoft projects to clients. This individual needs to have a good view on the Microsoft O365 eco-system with a focus on Unified Communications. The Consultant needs to have experience with IAM, Microsoft Teams and Cloud migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements from a technical and business perspective
- Work with clients to define projects designs and provide recommendations
- Write implementation steps which will be used by the operation team
- Participate in solving technical issues in collaboration with the support team
- Maintain and update customer documentation
- Must have understanding of the ITIL principals
