Solution Architect (API & REST)- Dublin- Initial 6-month contract
I am currently working with a global technology consultancy who are looking for a Solutions Architect with API & REST experience to work on a project for one of their financial end clients in Dublin for an initial 6-month contract.
Experience needed:
*The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Teradata and Informatica. Develop the solution plan (solution, scope, estimates, contingency, costs, schedule, delivery resourcing plan, assumptions & risk).
Skills:
*Real hands-on API design experience.
*Experience in REST and have designed REST services.
*Need to have an integration background and experience.
*Full life cycle experience- working with the BA's to understand the requirements and form a design from that, and then working closely with the engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
*Shape and agree the solution architecture for the project, ensuring alignment with Architecture Roadmaps, strategies, standards, and principles as published and communicated by SA&I.
*Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure that the solution identified is fully understood and supported by all stakeholders, aligned to the business need, is fit for purposes and provides value for investment made.
*Produce the required solution architecture artefacts - Architecture Summary document, ARB inputs, Security Review inputs etc.
*Present the solution architecture at ARB, SIA, Security Review etc.
*Guide and consult with project management to ensure delivery models adopted are suitable, cost effective & the right fit.
*Guide & Support High Level Design Team ensuring HLD is aligned with Solution Architecture.
*Review and signoff HLD when complete.
*Highlight any architecture deviations that emerge at any point of the project life cycle to SA&I Lead/
Principals work to resolve same and re-submit.
