Job Title: BH Solution Architect
Job Location: UK
Job Description:
- Establish Solution architecture to drive Bullhorn ATS implementations
- Demonstrate knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools and processes
- Minimise and optimize the configurations, customizations and extensions required for the Bullhorn implementations
- Excellent working knowledge of BH APIs, entities-objects-fields, workflows, marketplace partner functionality.
- Deep understanding of all integration points for Bullhorn ATS candidate experience portals, Middle Office systems
- Define optimal solutions for high availability and disaster recovery (extensions)
- Guide the team(s) on data migration and end-to-end integrations
- Deliver all architectural/design deliverables
- Coach technical Leads/team members to deliver the Bullhorn ATS program
- Create Architectural reusable components for the next set of Bullhorn ATS implementations
- Ability to identify and guide integration team/SME
- Prior Bullhorn product implementation experience atleast 2 large implementations
Skills and Qualification
- 4-6 years of Bullhorn Solution architecture experience
- 2 large Bullhorn implementations
