Job Title: Technical/Product Trainer (iOS products and training)
Location: London, UK
Type: Contract role (Inside Ir35)

Roles and Responsibility
- Deliver technical training to employees across the EMEIA region, both in person and remotely using video conferencing and broadcasting equipment.
- Manage, Troubleshoot and repair iOS Products include Cisco Jabber, WebEx training and video conferencing
- Any Hardware and Software support to the IT team
- Strong understanding of the Adobe suite.
- Maintain all internal IT systems, infrastructure, Servers and video conference,AV and tech support during events
- Work with the Managers to schedule 1:1 and group training sessions, book training rooms when required and liaise with business contacts across multiple sites in EMEIA.
- Assist with the marketing of our team's training offerings by creating Keynote presentations and email communications advertising these offerings internally.
Key Qualifications
- At least 10 years' experience in iOS products and training.
- Ready to work extended hours on need basis.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to learn new topics with minimum supervision and at a fast pace
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative and ability to work with in a dynamic team
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Experience in technical writing
