Description
My fantastic client, based in Bristol but offering working from home for the duration of the contract, are looking an Office 365 Project Support Officer with hands-on experience and knowledge of Office 3653 to support the project team during the project life cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with admin and key tasks along with moving the project from the proposal to the deployment stage.
Essential Skills
Strong skills in Project Reporting, Project Planning, Budget Tracking, RAID logs
Strong background working with MS Project and some Visio with good O365 knowledge
Experience of working on IT projects/programmes (at least 2 years)
Previous Office 365 migration/administration experience
Good understanding around Office 365, Teams, One Drive and Sharepoint.
Client centric approach with client facing support experience.
Ability to analyse and effectively present information both in person and at an extremely high level of written accuracy and readability
Demonstrable confidence working with key stakeholders
Desirable Skills
Previous experience working on projects in the design and implementation phase
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner
Experience of an Office 365 roll out programme
Experience working within Public bodies and NHS experience would be beneficial.
Rate: Up to £230 Per Day - Outside IR35
Contract Length: 6 months
