Front Office Project Manager, Dealing, Trading, Asset Management, Bloomberg AIM.
Our client is a leading Asset Management company and has a strategic vision is to leverage trading capabilities across time zones and build a Global Trading Desk to support UK, France, Germany, HK, USA and other countries. This is the role to lead the Project Stream Regionalisation .
The role holder has end to end responsibility for all aspects of the project stream including mobilization, defining and planning the project, execution and implementation, embedding change and benefits realization. This key role is for a mixed PM/BA and will be responsible for leading the workstream to move to a Global Trading Desk (GTD).
The focus will be to complete the work with legal and regulatory teams assessing order routing globally (versus local today). Once the regulatory and legal items are addressed, this role holder will be responsible for delivery of the GTD implementation. The role holder will be required to have experience with legal, regulatory and dealing in an asset management/Front Office environment.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Excellent understanding of Business Transformation Frameworks, Agile methodologies and best practice techniques. Knowledge of Asset Management and specifically Front Office - Trading/Dealing.
- Understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Front Office domain expertise with Back Office knowledge.
- Project management skills and experience and knowledge of the project life cycle
- Business Analysis skills and knowledge of requirements management/solution design as well as change and implementation activities for high complexity and scale projects from initiation to closure
- Experience in organisation of dealing desks into hubs, taking account of order management requirements, existing dealer's expertise and regulation (including Brexit and licencing requirements).
- Experience in dealing workflows, order routing, trading platforms
- Experience in Bloomberg AIM a plus
