Description
A large, national Charity are recruiting a new position to support the delivery and implementation phase of a new Dynamics 365 CRM. Your responsibility will be to lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workstream and be responsible for ensuring the product meets the needs of the organisation.
Key responsibilities of this job include:
- Be the technical authority for the test workstream within the eCRM project, with overall responsibility for the planning, approach and delivery of this worksteam
- Managing business integrations dependencies, interfaces, risks and issues,
- Manage the vital user acceptance testing (UAT) process including writing test scripts, supporting colleagues across the organisation to test the system and management of bug and change request notices
- Produce the detailed test workstream plan to feed in to the overall project plan
Previous experience and skills required:
- Demonstrable experience leading a test workstream on a complex CRM project
- Managing an end-to-end UAT process
- Experience of MS DevOps or any other software development tool used to create/track stories, issues and bugs
- Experience of JIRA or any other software development tool used to create/track stories, issues and bugs
- Designing, planning and managing a complex test workstream plan
- Proven experience of working within a waterfall and an Agile delivery environment, having developed data migration strategies to aid the development of ICT systems
