Glasgow-based technology firm at the cutting edge of IoT and Edge-AI, embarking on a huge growth period and evolution in 2021, as they look to introduce new projects and services, whilst growing out the team as a whole.
From a technical standpoint, you will have demonstrable experience of building and setting up a test automation framework from scratch, ideally in more than one commercial environment and will have the architectural nous to set up an automated test environment, as well as identifying automated test solutions post-development.
An understanding of AWS architecture is also strongly desirable. The Test Architect must have experience of setting up the testing environment and the successful candidate must be independent-minded enough to take on that responsibility. The initial part of the role would be to get the tool installed, up and running and then maintain it for the duration of the assignment.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience of creating a new automation framework from scratch is vital, ideally on more than one project
- Experience of Agile methodologies
- Lots of change going on in 2021 as the business evolves and grows, so the client would be knee on anyone who has worked in a transitional environment
- The client will be introducing a new Cloud product, so experience of AWS architecture is a benefit
